Postponement, Cancellation, Recall
- Postponed race will be signaled by 2 LONG horn/whistles, followed by the 5 minute preparatory horn/whistle when the postponement is over.
- Cancelled race will be signaled by 3 LONG horn/whistles.
- Recall for the whole fleet to re-start the race will be signaled by 4 SHORT horn/whistles.
